The room was clean which is the biggest deal to us. Staff was helpful got us a room for handicap on the bottom floor. Travel to San Francisco a lot and this room is in a good location in between SF and Yosemite National park which we live close to. Will definitely stay here again.

The room was clean. Housekeeping did an awesome job as well. The free breakfast was decent. What I like the best was the customer service. I had a plumbing issue during my stay and they took care of it right away and continuously checked on me to make sure everything was fine which I really appreciated.

Friendliest staff and best amenities for the price in the Tri Valley area. I have stayed at many and this is by far the best in the area.

The staff was very funny. Upon entering, the staff made us laugh and they were very nice. The place was great, and across from the hotel was a comedy/bar. We had no idea until we were at the hotel and the staff was informing us about it. There is also a Dennys next door where you could walk to, to eat. They do have free breakfast as well. It is really nice for a little getaway.

I like the staying on the first floor it make it easy to walk to places to get stuff but above all else its great. its more I love the place and the lobby is not that far to reach again it dose not take me to long.
